NSM SUKI APP PRIVACY POLICY

NSM Suki App is the customer loyalty and rewards app of Naval Super Mart (“NSM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use the NSM Suki App.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect the information you provide when you register or use the app, including your first name, last name, mobile number, address, optional business name, optional photo, and customer number. We may also collect profile details you choose to add, such as your birthday, authentication data such as OTP/Firebase verification and login/session tokens, device information needed to operate the app, push notification token, loyalty and transaction data such as points balance, receipt and redemption records, NSM Peso and voucher transactions, and contact details you submit for external voucher delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, verify your mobile number, provide your membership barcode or customer number, calculate and display points and rewards, process redemptions and voucher requests, send service notifications, operate and secure the app, investigate fraud or misuse, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information
We may share your information with Naval Super Mart personnel and systems that operate the NSM Suki program, with service providers that support authentication, notifications, hosting, and technical operations, and with authorized processors when needed to fulfill a voucher or service you requested. We may also disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, business, or users.

4. Permissions and Features
The app may request camera access to scan QR codes. If you enable notifications, we may use your device’s push notification token to send account, reward, redemption, and system updates.

5. Data Retention
We keep personal, account, and transaction data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the loyalty program, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations. Some technical records, OTP logs, and tokens may be kept for shorter operational or security periods.

6. Your Choices and Rights
You may update certain profile information in the app. You may manage notification preferences in the app or in your device settings.
